Features of F129 Lugged style heavy duty steel reinforced seated valve, rated to 1400 kPa.

Features & Benefits:

  • Standardised mounting assures complete interchangeability with all Keystone manual, pneumatic and electric actuators.
  • Heavy duty top bushing absorbs side thrust loads.
  • Bi-directional stem seal is suitable for pressure and vacuum service and is self-adjusting.
  • Neck design allows operator clearance with 50mm of insulation over flange.
  • High strength thru-shaft design for pressure, torque and vibration conditions.
  • Locating holes for flange bolts make installation and alignment positive and foolproof.
  • Secondary seal is formed by pre-loaded stem contact with the precision moulded stem hole in the seat and the auxiliary O-ring.
  • Primary seal is formed by preloaded contact of the disc hub with the flatted seat surfaces completely isolates stem and body parts from the flow stream.
  • Special self-locking stainless disc screws allow quick and easy disassembly and full interchangeability. Connection is positive and shakeproof.
  • Metal reinforced seat is replaceable and isolates the stem and body parts from the flow stream. It also provides integral flange gaskets. The metal reinforcing ring is completely encapsulated by rubber and is not subject to corrosion. The moulded-in O-rings provide positive seal against standard flanges.
  • Rounded and hand-polished disc and hub edge provides full concentric seating, lower rubber torques and longer seat life.
  • The lugged version F129 has drilled and tapped lugs, and may be used with AS 2129E and ANSI 150, with others available on request.
  • This valve is also suitable for end of line service.

  • Pressure: Full Vacuum to 1400 kPa
